JACKSONVILLE MARINE CHARITIES, INC.
2026 EXHIBIT SPACE RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following Rules and Regulations are made part of the Exhibit Space Agreement between Jacksonville MarineCharities, Inc., and the Exhibitor identified in the attached Exhibit Space Agreement.

1. Hours of Operation. The 2026 Exhibition area shall operate on the following tentative schedule:

      July 9 - 5:00 - 8:00 pm

      July 11 - 1:00 - 7:00 pm

      July 15 - 12:00 - 5:00 pm

      July 16 - 4:00 - 8:00 pm

      July 17 - 2:00 - 7:00 pm

      July 18 - 1:00 pm - until

Please be on site MINIMUM 1 hour prior

Check out the Schedule of Events for important days and times of activities on the site.

NOTE: The site will open 3 hours prior to start times, for vendors to set up. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED WITHIN THE FENCED AREA AFTER THE SITE IS OPENED TO THE PUBLIC EACH DAY.

2. Power. JMC shall provide 110 volt, 20 amp electrical service with two (2) outlets for a hook up charge of$50.00. Requests for power hook up must be made at the time the Exhibition Agreement is executed and payment shallbe due at that time. Any other special wiring, electrical work or other power requirements must be approved in writing byJMC and shall be at Exhibitor's sole expense by a contractor approved by JMC.

 

3. Counters and Displays. JMC shall provide a 10´ x10´ exhibit space for a fee. All counters, shelves orother displays shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Arrangements can be made through JMC Office for rentals ofTents, Tables. All exhibits and displays shall be erected in such a manner as to not interfere with adjoining ExhibitionSpace or the walkway in front of the space.

 

4. Safety. All reasonable care must be exercised in the interest of public safety and public safetyrequirements must be complied with at all times. Tents must be properly weighted and secured with a minimum of 40lbs per leg. Vendors will not be allowed setup until Tent is properly secured. All exhibitions shall be conductedand exercised in conformity with all applicable state, federal and local laws, ordinances and regulations including theordinances of the City of Jacksonville, Florida, now existing or as the same may be amended from time to time in thefuture. JMC reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations for the best interest of the Tournament.

 

5. Trash Disposal. JMC shall be responsible for cleaning aisles and common areas within the Exhibitionarea. Exhibitors shall, at their own expense, keep their Exhibit Space orderly and clean. Receptacles for trash will beavailable for Exhibitors and Exhibitors are required to use the designated receptacles and shall not place any trash in anaisle or other common area within or outside the Exhibition area.

 

6. Security. JMC will provide "walk through" security service personnel in the Exhibition Area during peakhours. In addition, JMC shall provide general security to the Exhibition area during hours in which the Tournament is notin operation. However, JMC shall NOT provide any particular protection for the property of Exhibitors and shall assumeno responsibility for loss or damage to the property of Exhibitors. Each Exhibitor is responsible for the safekeeping of itsown goods and displays.

 

7. Aisles. All aisle space belongs to JMC and all activities of the Exhibitor, its agents, employees orrepresentatives, must be confined within the area allotted to the Exhibitor and may not be carried on elsewhere on thegrounds of the Tournament.

 

8. Orders. Goods and services may be sold and orders taken only within the confines of the Exhibit Space.No Vendors or Exhibitors will be allowed to sell or provide T-Shirts, Ball Caps, Perofrmance Shirts or Sodas.

 

9. Sound. Sound producing devices and/or sound amplification equipment may only be installed afterobtaining written permission from JMC. No such devices or equipment may be used that may interfere with any otherExhibitor.

 

10. Parking. All parking is on a first come, first served basis and Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive early.JMC will attempt to accommodate Exhibitors dropping off materials at the Exhibit Space so long as that is completedprior to the beginning of each day's activities. Upon commencement of each day's activities, no Exhibitor shall park anyvehicle outside of an assigned parking space. JMC reserves the right to regulate all parking of automobiles and truckswithin the Tournament grounds.

 

11. Clean up. Each and every article of exhibition and all boxes, crates, packing material and debris ofwhatever nature used in connection with the Exhibit Space and owned by the Exhibitor must be removed from theExhibition area and tournament grounds by the Exhibitor at Exhibitor's expense not later than two (2) days after theofficial closing day of the Tournament, July 18, 2026. It is understood and agreed that in the event of the Exhibitor'sfailure to vacate the premises as herein stated, unless permission in writing is first obtained, JMC may and is herebyauthorized to remove all material of any nature whatsoever at the Exhibitor's risk and expense, and the Exhibitor shallreimburse JMC for all expenses thus incurred. Any property not recovered within thirty (30) days from the last day of theTournament shall be deemed abandoned and shall become the property of JMC and JMC shall be authorized to dispose ofsuch abandoned property without further accounting to the Exhibitor.

 

12. Waiver. Failure of JMC to insist in any one or more instances upon the observance and/or performance ofany of these rules and regulations shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of such rules or regulations.

 

13. Courtesy. The Exhibitor will not use or permit the Exhibit Space to be used for the distribution ofintoxicating beverages and will not allow any public nuisance or immoral acts within the Exhibit Space. Any exhibitdeemed offensive or objectionable by JMC may be closed at the discretion of JMC at any time and, in such event, norefund or recourse will be allowed the Exhibitor.

 

14. Delays or Interruptions. It is specifically understood and agreed between the parties that JMC will not beliable in any way for any injury or damages suffered by the Exhibitor for any cause whatsoever, including an act of God,foul weather, national or state emergencies.

 

15. Insurance. The Exhibitor agrees to carry liability insurance to protect the interest of the Exhibitorand it is mutually agreed that JMC will not be liable for any loss sustained by the Exhibitor in any mannerwhatsoever. The Exhibitor agrees to carry worker's compensation insurance for all Exhibitor employees, ifnecessary, and further agrees to accept all liability for any injury sustained by the public within the space occupiedby the Exhibitor.

 

16. Access. The Exhibition Space described herein shall at all times be open to any official or designatedinspector of JMC.

 

17. Use and Assignment. The Exhibitor may use the Exhibition Space for the promotion and/or sale of thegoods or services described in the Exhibitor's application and for no other uses whatsoever. No gambling, games ofchance, raffles, selling tickets or taking donations on a chance to win a prize are permitted. No pets are allowed. TheExhibitor shall not assign or sublet any portion of the Exhibit Space without the prior written consent of JMC.

All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
